2. Refunds and Credits:


Hopanda's Passion Store does not offer refunds. store credits are available for eligible item returns. All sales are considered final.

3. Eligibility for Return Items:


Not all items are eligible for returns. Specifically, the following categories are excluded from our return policy:
     - Items marked as "Sale"
     - Waist beads
     - Customized items

5. Item Return Window:

Return requests must be initiated within the following timeframes:
     - North America: 14 days from the date of delivery
     - Elsewhere: 21 days from the date of delivery
   - To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, which means it must be:
     - Unworn
     - Unused
     - Unwashed
     - Unaltered
     - Undamaged
     - With all original tags or hangers still attached.

6. Shipping for Returns:

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return process. It is important to ensure that you track your return shipment until we confirm receipt via email.

7. Confirmation of Return:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will send you an email confirmation of the return.

Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after they are placed. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.
